Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel has 329 guest rooms and suites. All rooms can accommodate either 2 adults and one child under the age of 12 or 3 adults, using existing bedding, at no extra charge. Extra charges will be applied only if breakfast or an extra bed is required. Executive Suites and Courtyard Suites, however, are not able to accommodate an extra bed.

- Rates are based per room/suite per night and are INCLUSIVE of 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.

- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card in order to make a booking
- Extra rollaway beds are chargeable at US$25 net per night
- Extra rollaway beds are not available in the Executive and Courtyard Suites (at hotel)
- Check in time : 15.00, Check out time : 12 noon
- Any extension up to 18.00 will be subject to a surcharge of 50% on tariff rates. After 18.00 it will be at full rate. Group rates are available upon request
- If you click the airport transfer button, the hotel will charge you upon arrival the amount of US$13 for 1-3 people and US$26 for 4-6 people each way

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

For any cancellations please email info@sanurparadise.com
One night charge will be applied for any cancellations within 3 days of arrival, and one night charge will also be applied for no shows
For early departures (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure), a one night advance room charge will be imposed.
Peak Season (27th December till 4th January)
For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival - no cancellation charge
For cancellations made 7-30 days prior to arrival - one night cancellation charge
For cancellations made 0-7 days prior to arrival - full length of stay cancellation charge
For No Shows or early departures ( from the scheduled date of departure), total length of stay room charges will be applied
Family Plan
- No charge for one child under 12 years occupying the same room as parents, utilising existing bed configuration.
- 50% discount on buffet breakfast for children under 12 years old when dining with parents.
- Baby cot available on request at no extra charge.
- Baby sitting services available, upon request and based on availability
- Interconnecting Rooms available on request (at hotel only)
- Executive Suites and Courtyard suites are not able to accommodate an extra bed
